Martin brings 20 years of hands-on roofing experience to every project. As general foreman he runs field operations across our crews, sets the standard for installation quality and jobsite safety, and is a certified forklift operator handling material staging and loading.
Maria Doris Cortez
Foreman
With 15 years in roofing, Doris leads crews in the field and keeps installations on schedule and to spec. She's also a certified forklift operator, running material staging so the crew always has what it needs when it needs it.

Sales Director
Kelan leads sales for Waters Roofing, building relationships with general contractors, property managers, and building owners across Georgia. He stays involved from first conversation through project close-out, making sure every client knows exactly what they're getting and who to call when they need us.

Business Development & Preconstruction
Cam runs estimating, bid management, and client relationships for Waters Roofing's commercial work across Georgia. He takes projects from takeoff and scope development through award, working directly with clients and property owners to keep pricing accurate and schedules realistic.
